The needs audit: find out where AI saves you time, before you spend

How the audit works
- Day 1 — Questionnaire: 20 minutes to describe your business, your software and the tasks that keep coming back.
- Days 2 to 4 — Two one-hour video calls: the first with you, the second with the people who do the work. We look at their screens, their documents, their e-mails.
- Days 5 to 7 — Analysis: we measure the volumes, classify the data involved, and test on a sample what AI can do.
- Day 8 — Debrief by video call, 45 minutes, with the report.
What the report contains
- The list of repetitive tasks identified, with their weekly volume and the time they cost.
- For each one: the data involved, sensitive or not, and the private AI or market AI recommendation.
- An order of priority by savings and by ease.
- An estimate of the time freed up, the budget and the timeline, and a quote for the next step.
What is not included
- The live demonstration on your documents: that is the optional on-site workshop, at €890 excl. VAT.
- Implementation: the audit decides, it does not deploy.
- A second round of video calls if the business has more than 50 staff or several sites: we tell you beforehand.
Terms
- Fixed price: €400 excl. VAT, paid on order, by card or direct debit via Stripe, or by bank transfer.
- Deducted in full from the first project if you go ahead within 3 months.
- If no task worth automating is identified, you keep the report and nothing else is billed.
- Cancellation and full refund up to 5 working days before the first video call.
