01 — How it works
Every step ends with something you keep. You can stop after the audit, after the workshop or after the prototype, with no further commitment.

Remote. A questionnaire, two video calls with you and the people who do the work, a review of your tools and documents.
Step 2 · optional
On site, half a day. We test AI live on your documents, with the team, on the priority tasks from the audit.
Step 3
Two weeks on a sample of your real files. Your team tries it on real cases, including the awkward ones.
Step 4
Connection to your software, team training, hand-off to a person on uncertain cases. Code, documentation and access are handed over to you.
Step 5
Monitoring, fixes, updates to models and connectors, hosting of the private AI server, monthly review.

The audit and the workshop have a fixed price. Everything after that is quoted, and you accept it or not. No surprises at the end of the month.
Sometimes a business has no task worth automating. In that case the audit stops there and nothing else is billed.
Every delivery comes with its installation and handover documentation. You are never locked in.

06 — Questions
Because an automation that does not meet a real need is money wasted. The audit identifies the tasks that cost the most time, measures their volumes, classifies the data they touch, and keeps only what is worth doing. It is done remotely, in two video calls, without disrupting production.
The list of repetitive tasks identified, their weekly volume, the time they cost, the data they touch (sensitive or not), the private AI or market AI recommendation for each one, an order of priority, and an estimate of the savings and budget. It is a document you keep, even if you do not go ahead.
No. The audit is often enough to price a project. The workshop is for when your team needs to see AI working on its own documents before committing, or when several departments are involved. It is deducted from the project, like the audit.
No, in fact it is the most common situation. We work with the people who do the work, on their documents, and we keep what they can use the next day. An automation that needs an IT specialist to run is not a good automation.

It depends on how many pieces of software need connecting and the volume to be processed. The quote comes with the audit report, and the price of the audit and workshop is deducted in full if you go ahead within 3 months. You can also stop after the prototype, with no further commitment.
