Every step ends with something you keep. You can stop after the audit, after the workshop or after the prototype, with no further commitment.
Step 1
Needs audit
Remote. A questionnaire, two video calls with you and the people who do the work, a review of your tools and documents.
Step 2 · optional
Demonstration workshop
On site, half a day. We test AI live on your documents, with the team, on the priority tasks from the audit.
Step 3
Prototype
Two weeks on a sample of your real files. Your team tries it on real cases, including the awkward ones.
Step 4
Go-live
Connection to your software, team training, hand-off to a person on uncertain cases. Code, documentation and access are handed over to you.
Step 5
Upkeep
Monitoring, fixes, updates to models and connectors, hosting of the private AI server, monthly review.
Three rules we do not negotiate
- No hour billed without an accepted quote.
- No sensitive data sent to an external provider without your written consent.
- No automation without a human handover on uncertain cases.
