What “private” means to us
- The model runs on a machine you control: your server, or a dedicated server rented in your name at a European host.
- No request goes to OpenAI, Google, Microsoft or Anthropic. We show you how to verify it.
- The models are open (Mistral, Llama, Qwen, Gemma…): no licence that expires, no terms that change.
- Code, prompts, tuned models, documentation: yours, from delivery.
What we build
- Internal assistants that answer from your documents (procedures, contracts, history), citing the source.
- Document processing: reading invoices, purchase orders, forms, letters, with extraction into your software.
- Classification and routing: e-mails, requests, complaints, with a confidence threshold and handover to a human.
- Controlled generation: quotes, replies, reports, in your style and your rules, reviewed before sending if you wish.
What is not included
- Buying the hardware or renting the server (we advise, you contract in your own name).
- Entering or cleaning historical data beyond the prototype sample — priced separately if needed.
- A guarantee of results on answer quality: we commit to the means, the method and the deadlines.
What moves the price
- Number of data sources and software systems to connect.
- Daily volume to process and model size required.
- Level of requirement: systematic human review or not, regulatory traceability.
- Installation on your existing hardware or on a new server.
